SCCIOB is looking for Trainer Cum Curriculum Developer (Full Time)


Develop, conduct and review WSQ and business related curriculum/courses catering to SMEs


Work with respective institutions or agencies on course collaboration or accreditation

                   Provide coaching and training to adjunct trainers


Possess degree of any discipline and WSQ DACE and ACTA


At least 5 years’ experience in developing and delivering WSQ and non-WSQ business courses

Experience in identifying and addressing SMEs' training needs with suitable solutions

SCCIOB is looking for Adjunct Trainers

1.  Diploma in Translation & Interpretation Skills (Media Language: Chinese)

Job Scope:

Prepare, review and update the course notes

Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials using andragogical approaches 

Set the assignment and marking schemes 

Set exam question papers and marking schemes

Mark assignments and exam scripts


Bachelor Degree from a respectable university, preferably in English and Chinese Bidirectional      
        Translation and Interpretation or Applied Linguistics 

Teaching qualification  preferred  with adult or tertiary teaching experience

Bilingual in Chinese and English

2. WSQ Courses (Media Language: English)

1) Leadership & People Management 

2) Business Management 

3) Service Excellence

Job Scope:

Contextualise the course that suits the profile of the learners

Deliver the course as prescribed 

Conduct and administer the assessment 


Minimum Bachelor Degree from a respectable university, preferably in leadership, business      
        management or service excellence related discipline and experience

WSQ ACTA/DACE with training experience in WSQ courses

Related industry work experience 

Sales & Marketing Department :

1)Sales & Marketing Manager


To formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies for business programmes
To drive business development activities and be accountable for the achievement of sales and  business goals
To build the business by identifying and pursuing corporate prospects and generating market awareness of the Institute
To be proactive in identifying new market demands and opportunities to meet the fast changing business needs
• To be responsible for the profitability and success of the assigned markets/product and programmes
To manage and oversee a team of sales and marketing executives directly


Possess a degree, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the training or education industry 
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

2) Programme Consultant


  • Increase sales through concerted outreaching efforts to new clients with practical training solutions
  • Spearhead recruiting activities and events
  • Develop and enhance marketing collaterals
  • Conduct course preview and orientation


  • 2 years sales experience, preferably from training or education industry
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
