Practical English For Community Integration
Singaporeans and PRS can enjoy 50% course fee funding from SCCCF
The Practical English for Community Integration is designed to encourage new immigrants to master the command of English phrases and vocabularies so as to communicate confidently in their daily activities.
A variety of local contexts pertaining to the four basic living needs (衣食住行) will be featured. The topics include greetings, clothing, food, the neighbourhood amenities, numbers and money, transport, fixing appointments and household items.
This course focuses on listening, speaking initially before introducing reading and writing skills. The emphasis for the latter two skills will be on filling up forms, be it for official or personal purpose such as applying for a service or making a registration.

Certificate
Participants who meet the minimum 75% attendance will be issued with Certificate of Attendance.
